Work from home, Paid training, Team-oriented work environment, Growth opportunities, Generous bonus potential, Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer matching, paid time off, and paid holidays! ## Responsibilities - Communicate with consumers via telephone, approve written correspondence, and work towards resolving unpaid accounts. - Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate updates on account files for each call made or received. - Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information. - Counsel delinquent consumers to help them find funds to meet their payment obligations. - Stay compliant and informed about all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations related to job duties. - Adhere to all TSI policies and procedures. - Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures. - Provide feedback to management on potential problems or areas for improvement. - Recommend improvements to processes. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. ## Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required. - Experience in commercial collections is required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong work ethic and a proven record of accomplishments. - Strong interpersonal skills and integrity. - Good organizational skills. - Professional phone etiquette. - Positive attitude and problem-solving ability. - Ability to work well in a team-oriented and competitive environment. - Negotiation skills. - AS/400 and FACS experience is a plus. - Knowledge of FDCPA is helpful. - Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening. - Available to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. - Stable work history and ability to maintain confidentiality. ## Preferred Experience - Previous experience in reconciliation or remediation work. - Prior experience in billing. - Quality assurance-related experience. - Experience working from home. - Experience in a metrics-driven environment. - Ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously.
