The Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for various tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading: Efficiently manage the movement of parcels in and out of trucks and delivery vans.
  • Building and dismantling containers: Prepare and unload containers for transport as needed.
  • Sorting parcels: Quickly and accurately sort packages by postcode or destination.
  • Following safety procedures: Adhere to guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with a close-knit team to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • Availability for at least 3 evenings per week (18:10 – 20:30), including Monday and Friday.
  • Availability during the summer holiday period (no planned vacations).
  • Physically capable of lifting packages up to 20 kg.
  • Proficient in Dutch or English for effective communication.

What We Offer

  • An hourly salary starting from €14.71, based on experience.
  • Flexible working hours of 7 to 10 hours per week, including evening shifts (18:00 – 21:00).
  • Opportunities for personal growth and collaboration in a supportive team.
  • Accrual of 8% holiday pay and 10% holiday hours for every hour worked.
  • A flex budget of 6.24% per worked hour, available for payout at your convenience.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
