About our client: We are collaborating with a top-tier private equity investor with a strong international presence. The firm is expanding its European direct co-investment team and seeks to add an associate in Amsterdam to enhance its deal-making capabilities.
The Role: As an associate, you will play a key role in evaluating and executing mid- to large-cap LBO co-investments. You will be deeply involved in constructing LBO and other financial models, conducting commercial analyses related to deals, and managing the execution process. Given the lean structure of deal teams, you will have substantial exposure to senior team members and investment professionals from partner PE firms.
The firm's strategy emphasizes active involvement in the due diligence process for most investments, making your role critical in determining which deals to pursue.

- Assist with all aspects of the co-investment deal process.
- Take responsibility for financial analysis and commercial evaluation of potential investments.
- Contribute to the preparation of investment memos and reports for the investment committee.
- Monitor the portfolio and manage ongoing relationships with GPs.
