You will act as an internal advisor, translating category expertise into actionable recommendations for channel strategies, while collaborating closely with our customers.

De Rol
You will be responsible for defining customer category growth opportunities and developing actionable plans based on comprehensive category and customer insights. Your role is critical in ensuring the flawless execution of category projects, working closely with both the Category Management and Account Management teams.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiding geven aan de Category Management & Space Management agenda in de Benelux.
- Zorgen voor sterke klantrelaties en strategische samenwerking op belangrijke projecten.
- Leiding geven aan de ontwikkeling van categorievisies en het adviseren op basis van inzichten uit verschillende bronnen.
- Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten door middel van gedegen planning.
- Initiëren en leiden van projecten om groeikansen te realiseren en meetbare resultaten te behalen.
Vereisten
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in FMCG, bij voorkeur in sales, category management of shopper insights.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om strategische groeifactoren te identificeren.
- Leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring in teamontwikkeling.
