We are looking for a commercially minded leader to spearhead the growth and adoption of our digitally enabled forensic solutions. This role will focus on our flagship Integrity & Compliance solution while also encompassing a broader range of technology-led forensic offerings. The primary objective is market activation, assisting regional teams in moving from traditional delivery methods to modern, technology-driven approaches that enhance client service and generate new revenue streams. The successful candidate will collaborate with local leaders to develop go-to-market strategies and accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development

• Execute the growth strategy for our forensic solutions across Europe and APAC, aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify market opportunities and regulatory trends to expand our solution portfolio.
• Partner with regional leaders to create market plans and prioritize pursuits.
• Develop playbooks and market materials to help accelerate revenue.
• Monitor market performance and pipeline to maximize growth potential.

Driving Adoption & Commercial Enablement

• Lead the transition to technology-led delivery, fostering behavior change among local teams.
• Equip country leaders to effectively position and sell technology-enabled forensic solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to local leaders in establishing these offerings.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions to build commercial momentum.
• Help local leaders understand how technology translates into client value.

Client Engagement & Commercial Leadership

• Support strategic pursuits across the forensic solution portfolio, including Integrity & Compliance and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assist in shaping complex proposals and solution strategies for key opportunities.
• Identify cross-border opportunities and leverage global capabilities.
• Drive pipeline development and revenue growth in priority markets.

Market Presence & Thought Leadership

• Represent EY at industry events and client forums.
• Advocate for our perspective on AI-enhanced forensic solutions.
• Create market insights and materials to support business development.
• Deliver engaging presentations and demos to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with regional leaders to advance growth objectives.
• Influence senior stakeholders to support adoption initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across regions to share resources and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven track record in commercializing services and driving revenue growth in a professional services environment.
• Ability to drive change across distributed teams.
• Strong client network and market-facing relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Sufficient fluency in forensic technology and AI to connect capabilities to client value.
• 10–15 years of experience in Forensics, Compliance, or related services.

Preferred

• Experience in European and APAC markets.
• Knowledge of Integrity & Compliance disciplines.
• Awareness of advanced analytics and AI applications in forensics.
• Multilingual capabilities (English plus another major European language).
