• Client leadership: Own the service plan and daily relationship for a major B2B technology client, serving as the senior agency contact.
• Develop and implement integrated communications strategies that encompass media relations, executive positioning, thought leadership, and content.
• Directly advise client stakeholders on reputation, narrative, and communications strategy at a senior level.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and introduce complementary services.
• Agency leadership and team management: Act as the Managing Director’s right arm across the Amsterdam office, deputizing as needed.
• Support the management, mentoring, and development of a team of approximately six consultants.
• Contribute to new business efforts, proposals, and pitches for the Benelux market.
• Help shape agency culture, operational practices, and standards of client delivery.

• Solid experience in a PR or communications agency, with a proven track record in managing B2B technology accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and lead integrated communications programs.
• Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Fluent in Dutch; strong proficiency in English is required, and French is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in a small, close-knit team where accountability is emphasized.
• Ambitious to grow into a leadership role within the agency.
