As the Associate Brand Manager for Patient Care, you will blend strategic brand management with hands-on execution, leveraging market and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance the adoption of our Patient Care bed portfolio.

The Role: You will lead the Patient Care bed brand across EMEA, supporting the strategic direction and execution of initiatives aimed at driving portfolio growth, adoption, and differentiation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual marketing plans and long-term portfolio roadmaps in collaboration with regional and local marketing teams, aligned with global strategy and growth objectives.
• Analyze business performance, total addressable market, margins, pipeline, and market opportunities to identify growth priorities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Create scalable marketing campaigns, tools, assets, and best practices for regional teams to adapt to their local markets.
• Collaborate with regional product managers, local marketing teams, sales leaders, and sales teams to address market needs and translate field insights into actionable portfolio initiatives.
• Support regional product lifecycle activities, including product launches, phase-in and phase-out activities, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Develop customer engagement and education initiatives with Marketing and Education partners, including events, congresses, training programs, and other scalable EMEA activities.
• Present portfolio strategy, product information, and commercial priorities to internal and external audiences, including presentations to sales groups of approximately 60 people.

Requirements:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Professional experience within a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English; additional local language is a plus.

Preferred:

• MBA.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B marketing.
• Experience in developing marketing plans and measuring marketing performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information:

• Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover, expected to last until approximately August/September 2027.
• Territory: Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
• Travel: Travel requirements may vary during the fixed-term assignment, with approximately 60% travel across EMEA and one trip to the United States per year.
• This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. You will work within a geographically distributed EMEA team and collaborate closely with Patient Handling, regional product managers, local marketers, sales teams, sales managers, and Education partners.

Salary Range:

• Netherlands: €62,000 - €115,300 EUR Annual. At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
