Als Assistent Coördinator ga je deel uitmaken van één van de vier teams op onze productielocatie De Vesting in De Lier. Hier produceren we zaden van verschillende vruchtgewassen, zoals tomaat, augurk, paprika, komkommer en aubergine, onder strikte hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen. Je komt te werken in een team dat zich voornamelijk richt op komkommer- en tomatengewassen en bestaat uit ongeveer 8 collega's. In deze functie werk je actief mee in het gewas en draag je bij aan een prettige samenwerking, een goede planning en een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
