Als Assistent Teamleider Siroopkamer ben je de rechterhand van de Teamleider en combineer je operationele taken met het vaktechnisch aansturen van het team. Jullie zorgen ervoor dat de siropen veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.
Jouw uitdaging
Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse productie soepel verloopt. Je bewaakt de planning, ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van siropen, het lossen van grondstoffen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Daarnaast vervang je de Teamleider bij afwezigheid, stuur je operators vaktechnisch aan en draag je actief bij aan het continu verbeteren van de afdeling.
