In the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will lead the team, motivate colleagues, and create an environment where everyone can thrive. From delivering the perfect Big Mac to providing excellent customer service at the cash register, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's performance.

The Role

You will take on leadership responsibilities both on the floor and behind the scenes. This includes contributing to annual plans, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence. When the Restaurant Manager is unavailable, you will seamlessly step in to manage the restaurant.

• At least a vocational (MBO) working and thinking level.
