Als Assistent Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) bij KFC ben je de rechterhand van de Restaurant General Manager (RGM) en samen zorgen jullie voor een soepele dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je motiveert en begeleidt het team (circa 30 medewerkers), bewaakt de kwaliteit en creëert een optimale gastbeleving.

De Rol

Als ARGM speel je een essentiële rol binnen het managementteam van het restaurant en zorg je voor een soepele en gestandaardiseerde dagelijkse operatie. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het coachen, trainen en motiveren van je team.
  • Het behalen van KPI’s en waarborgen van kwaliteitsnormen in het restaurant.
  • Het uitvoeren van administratieve taken voor een efficiënte dagelijkse operatie.
  • Het beheren van het wervingsproces in het restaurant om nieuw talent aan te trekken dat onze kernwaarden van slim, hart en moed vertegenwoordigt.
  • Het oppakken van ad-hoc projecten en het stellen van uitdagende doelen voor je eigen groei en ontwikkeling.
