De Rol

In this role, you will oversee the stewarding department's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness while collaborating closely with the Food & Beverage team.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage the scheduling of stewards based on business levels and cleaning needs.
• Conduct weekly chemical inventory and place orders according to par stocks.
• Develop action plans for F&B and Culinary departments based on HACCP results.
• Maintain par stocks for operating equipment through monthly counts.
• Lead HACCP inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee cleanliness of outlet kitchens and equipment through regular cleaning schedules and inspections.
• Ensure back of house areas are organized and clean.
• Coordinate with garbage collection services for timely disposal.
• Train stewards on proper equipment handling and maintenance.
• Ensure optimal cleaning of tableware and kitchen equipment, including deep cleaning schedules.
• Collaborate with night cleaning contractors for thorough cleaning of F&B areas.
• Work with the Engineering department for machinery repairs.
• Support the staff canteen's operations by managing supplies and cleanliness.

Vereisten

• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or Team Leader in Stewarding.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands with an EU/EEA passport or valid work permit.
