To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a childcare setting, particularly with babies to primary school-age children.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in childcare or a related field.
• An accredited childcare/playwork qualification at Level 2.
• A passion for creativity in childcare.
• Experience working with Ofsted is desirable but not essential.
• A Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
