We are seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to be part of the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

The Role:

You will support the F&B Manager in the opening and setup of the department, supervise daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and banqueting, and assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost-control processes, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving service issues, coordinating with the kitchen and events teams, and contributing to upselling initiatives and service improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience as Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or in a similar role.
• Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
