Grupo Hotusa is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager for the opening of a new hotel in Rotterdam, part of Eurostars Hotel Company, known as The Happiness Industry. We operate over 300 hotels across more than 20 countries and believe in the power of our talented team.

The Role

As an Assistant F&B Manager, you will support the F&B Manager in establishing and setting up the department. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising operations in the restaurant, bar, and banqueting areas, assisting with recruitment and training, managing schedules, and fostering team development. You will also monitor inventory, oversee purchasing and cost-control processes, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with the kitchen and events teams. Additionally, you will contribute to upselling initiatives and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or in a similar position.
• Experience with hotel openings is highly regarded.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
