De Rol

As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to energize our outlets daily. This hands-on role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional service quality, leading the team on the floor, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Support daily operations across all F&B outlets, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead service preparation and ensure smooth, organized shifts.
• Control inventory, minimize waste, and support cost-efficiency.
• Create staff schedules balancing labor costs with service needs.
• Handle last-minute staffing challenges and maintain shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update SOPs to enhance operational flow.
• Monitor consistency in food, beverage, and service quality across shifts.
• Lead onboarding and training programs for new staff.
• Engage with guests, resolve complaints, and enhance satisfaction.

Vereisten

• Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in F&B management, ideally in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage time, scheduling, and operational priorities.
• Experience creating and enforcing SOPs and service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, F&B software, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

This position is classified under the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO, Scale IX) with a starting salary from €3461.70 gross per month based on full-time employment.
