Responsibilities

• Support seamless operations by assisting in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence by helping develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.
• Deliver consistent quality by ensuring food presentation meets high standards and monitoring cost and portion controls to maximize value.
• Support team performance and development by assisting in supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Recruit and train talent by assisting with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members.
• Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
