Als Assistant Controller maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd finance team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de financiële administratie en rapportages voor een portefeuille van franchisenemers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte financiële verwerking, maar kijkt verder dan alleen de boekhouding. De organisatie investeert volop in digitalisering en automatisering, en daarom zoeken we iemand die sterk is in accounting en ook meedenkt over efficiëntere processen en technologische innovaties. De rol ontwikkelt zich van een traditionele accountingfunctie naar een positie waarin analyse, procesoptimalisatie en advisering centraal staan.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren van de financiële administratie voor een eigen portefeuille van franchisenemers.
- Opstellen en analyseren van maandelijkse financiële rapportages.
- Uitvoeren van balansspecificaties en reconciliaties.
- Controleren van grootboekmutaties, verkoop-, bank-, kas- en salarisgegevens.
- Verwerken en controleren van de crediteurenadministratie en leveranciersbetalingen.
- Opstellen van belastingaangiften.
- Analyseren van de resultaten per vestiging en voorzien van heldere financiële toelichtingen.
- Beantwoorden van financiële vragen van franchisenemers en fungeren als sparringpartner.
- Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en actief bijdragen aan de verdere automatisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen.
