We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our vibrant administrative team in the Kampen region. In this role, you will support the entire organization, ensuring high-quality service and collaboration across departments.
Als toekomstige assistent controller kom je te werken op een levendige administratie-afdeling in de regio Kampen. Je helpt de hele organisatie en werkt samen met je team om topkwaliteit te leveren en ervoor te zorgen dat alle andere afdelingen ontzorgd worden. Je taken zijn consistent, maar toch gevarieerd genoeg om elke dag boeiend te maken! Je duikt vooral in de inkoop- en crediteurenadministratie, wat ongeveer de helft van je werktijd in beslag neemt. Daarnaast pak je nog allerlei andere administratieve klussen aan. Nauwkeurigheid, een duidelijk overzicht houden en super communicatie met je collega's zijn daarbij ontzettend belangrijk. Kortom, dit is een rol waarin je volop kunt groeien en een waardevolle bijdrage kunt leveren!
Jouw werkomgeving als nieuwe assistent controller
Je werkt bij een middelgrote technische onderneming die zich voornamelijk richt op installatiewerkzaamheden in zowel de zakelijke als de particuliere sector. Het bedrijf groeit, dus ook de financiële administratie. Toch wil het bedrijf zijn eigen informele cultuur graag vasthouden. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden als assistent controller
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie.
- Verzorgen van verwerking inkoop, crediteuren en de betalingen.
- Verzorgt de interne communicatie op gebied van facturen en bestellingen.
- Je verzorgt de real time financiële administratie van het onderhanden werk.
- Meewerkend in de algemene administratie op de afdeling, dit is een doorlopend proces!
- Ondersteunend in het team waar nodig, dus ook bij ziekte en vakanties.

- Woonachtig in regio Kampen-Zwolle
- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Enige ervaring met financiële processen.
- Het vermogen om onderscheid te maken tussen hoofd- en bijzaken.
Wensen
- Bij voorkeur met een afgeronde financiële opleiding
- Ervaring met- en affiniteit met werken met een ERP systeem is een pré.
