Als Assistent Controller bij Joanknecht ben je de spil in onze financiële processen. Samen met een team van vier finance collega's en onder leiding van de Manager Finance, til je onze projectadministratie en rapportages naar een hoger niveau. Je kijkt niet alleen achteruit, maar helpt ons vooruit te plannen met scherpe data-analyses.
Jouw Belangrijkste Taken En Verantwoordelijkheden
- Managementrapportages & Prognoses: Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van periodieke managementrapportages en financiële prognoses.
- Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over het efficiënter en datagedreven inrichten van processen, zoals het urenschrijfsysteem en het purchase-to-pay proces.
- Financiële Administratie: Je zorgt ervoor dat de basis klopt door tussenrekeningen op te schonen, voorzieningen te berekenen en ad-hoc kwaliteitscontroles uit te voeren.
- Projectcontrol: Samen met het team Business Support bewaak en controleer je de projectadministratie.
- Brede taken: In overleg neem je taken op je zoals het beheer van het leasewagenpark en pak je ad-hoc financiële vraagstukken op.
