Solid Recruitment b.v. is seeking an Asset Manager for a prominent real estate fund based in Amsterdam. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, our client manages approximately EUR 10 billion in assets across various countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Luxembourg, and Australia. This role focuses on evaluating business opportunities and optimizing income for the Dutch commercial real estate portfolio.

About the Company

Our client is a leading international real estate fund with a strong track record in property investment. They are committed to investing significantly in the Dutch market, with a portfolio primarily located in Amsterdam, as well as properties in Rotterdam and The Hague.

The Role

As an Asset Manager, you will support the Asset Management department in maximizing the value of assets through strategic planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Dutch commercial properties (offices, retail, logistics, residential, hotels)
• Developing property and rental strategies
• Optimizing property performance
• Preparing and monitoring property budgets and business plans
• Supporting key tenants
• Making rental and investment decisions
• Negotiating lease agreements
• Selecting and managing external service providers, especially property managers
• Actively participating in property acquisitions and sales
• Conducting internal and external reporting

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in economics, law, architecture, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in property or asset management
• Extensive knowledge of the Dutch property market and different asset classes
• Strong understanding of economic indicators, cash flow calculations, and portfolio monitoring
• Proficient in Dutch and English; residing in the Netherlands is essential
• Experience working abroad is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
