As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of our data center assets while ensuring compliance with regulations and customer policies. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities

• IDC On-Site Duty & Emergency Response: Provide 5×8 on-site duty at the IDC data center as required, responding promptly during non-working hours for emergency support.
• Compliance & Integrity: Adhere to asset management regulations and customer policies, ensuring all processes are lawful and compliant. Unauthorized code generation, data falsification, and misreporting are strictly prohibited.
• Warehouse Entry & Exit Management: Enforce access control and registration protocols for personnel and assets entering and exiting the warehouse, following asset SOP procedures.
• Asset Management Tools & SLA Compliance: Utilize asset management tools proficiently, responding to work orders in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring data accuracy. Provide suggestions for optimizing asset management workflows.
• IDC Environment & Asset Security: Familiarize yourself with safety protocols and asset security management in the IDC environment. Follow SOPs for asset storage, transportation, and disposal, while proposing improvements to security measures.
• Asset Inventory & Data Accuracy: Conduct thorough inventory checks to ensure consistency in asset location, serial numbers, status, and models, maintaining 100% accuracy in records.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree Requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent.
• Major Requirement: Relevant fields.

Work Experience

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years.
• Total Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years.

Skills & Expertise

• Familiarity with common data center equipment, including switches and servers, as well as accessories like optical modules and fiber optic cables.
• Experience in warehouse management and knowledge of storage environment requirements, including dust and moisture prevention.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
