In your role building our medical instruments, colleagues rely on you because you understand the risks and bottlenecks and take immediate action when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble surgical instruments following work instructions.
• Set up and monitor production equipment.
• Resolve minor malfunctions and operate the production equipment.
• Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and product deviations.
• Provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance using your production knowledge and experience.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of (precision) instrument making or similar.
• Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics.
• Proficiency in Dutch (English preferred).

Pay range: Netherlands: 33,200.00 EUR - 49,800.00 EUR. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
