Vacancy Summary

As an Asphalt Project Manager, you will lead one of our asphalt teams in the central and eastern Netherlands. You will oversee project execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Als asfaltuitvoerder ben jij de drijvende kracht achter één van onze vier asfaltploegen in midden en oost Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol uitvoeren van onze asfaltprojecten en zorgt dat alles volgens planning loopt. Je bewaakt zowel het werkproces als de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Ook denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van onze asfaltprocessen en werkmethoden. Tijdens de uitvoering van onze asfaltwerkzaamheden fungeer je als het centrale aanspreekpunt van de uitvoerder.

Vereisten:

Ervaring in de wegenbouw, specifiek met asfaltprojecten.
MBO+/HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van civiele techniek of bouwkunde.
Kennis van RAW/UAV-systematiek en relevante veiligheidsvoorschriften zoals VCA-VOL.
Communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
