Our client is a prominent global manufacturer specializing in cell and gene therapies, seeking multiple Aseptic Cleanroom Training Specialists for their Geleen site. Senior roles are available for qualified candidates. In this position, you will serve as the primary expert for aseptic behavior on-site, ensuring that all personnel in aseptic manufacturing areas possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and habits to uphold the highest aseptic standards. You will conduct hands-on training, coach individuals in classified areas, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training standards and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to transition from cleanroom operations to a specialist role, setting the benchmark for the entire site.

You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating onboarding and GMP training focused on aseptic behavior and maintaining an aseptic manufacturing environment. Your tasks will include:

• Coaching employees and contractors as they enter aseptic and classified areas, supporting the aseptic behavior certification program.
• Monitoring aseptic practices, gowning techniques, and manufacturing activities to identify training needs, then providing coaching or retraining as necessary.
• Analyzing trends and developing training materials and improvement actions.
• Supporting smoke studies, cleanroom management, and training and monitoring cleaning staff.
• Producing reports and trend analyses for the Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams.
• Assisting with deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and audits related to microbial contamination and aseptic procedures.
• Reviewing equipment and process changes from an aseptic perspective and supporting subsequent procedure updates.
