As an Aseptic Cleanroom Training Specialist, you will be instrumental in equipping employees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to maintain optimal aseptic practices in manufacturing. Your role involves delivering hands-on training, coaching employees in classified areas, monitoring aseptic behaviors, and contributing to the enhancement of training standards and procedures. This position is fully site-based, fostering real-time collaboration essential for producing high-quality and safe medicines.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Delivering and coordinating onboarding and GMP training focused on aseptic behavior and maintaining a sterile environment.
Providing hands-on coaching to employees and contractors in aseptic and classified manufacturing areas, supporting the aseptic behavior certification program.
Monitoring aseptic practices, gowning techniques, and manufacturing activities to identify training needs and provide coaching or retraining as necessary.
Analyzing trends and developing training materials and improvement actions to enhance aseptic behavior and training standards.
Supporting smoke studies, cleanroom management, and training personnel involved in cleaning activities.
Generating reports and trend analyses, assisting Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams with aseptic training and compliance activities.
Supporting deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and audits related to microbial contamination and aseptic procedures.
Evaluating equipment modifications and process changes from an aseptic perspective and supporting procedural revisions.
Working within a 5-shift rotation model.
