Architecture BRIO is looking for a skilled architect to join our Rotterdam studio for a temporary engagement of 3-6 months, focusing on several residential projects currently in development. We seek an architect with a strong design sensibility, solid technical understanding, and experience in delivering high-quality residential projects. This role provides the chance to work directly with the founders and project leaders on tasks ranging from early design studies to project development and coordination.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Contribute to the design and development of residential projects across multiple stages.
• Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Participate in design studies, architectural detailing, and project development.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Engage in client meetings and project coordination sessions.
• Help maintain design quality and consistency throughout the project.

Vereisten

• Qualified architect with approximately 3-8 years of professional experience.
• Experience working on high-quality residential projects.
• Strong understanding of Dutch building regulations and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Rhino is a plus).
• Strong design, detailing, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Availability to start within the coming weeks.
