What will you do as an Architect at 4PS? In this role, you will define the technological direction and architecture of 4PS Construct. You will make key technical decisions, manage the product backlog focusing on architectural enablers, and ensure that new features align with the platform's maintainability, scalability, and security. You will serve as a strategic partner for architecture leads within Product Development and oversee integration efforts with third-party systems and other Hilti Construction Software products, aiming to build a cohesive and future-proof software portfolio. In addition to expertise in Business Central, experience with other Microsoft technologies and solutions such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks will set you apart.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technical leadership role or similar capacity within the SaaS or enterprise software domain.
Solid experience (5-8+ years) with Microsoft Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV).
Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies and solutions such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of business management systems, cloud-based and cloud-native architectures, and system integrations necessary for building a connected product portfolio.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles.
