In deze rol geef je richting aan het verbeterplan voor de informatiehuishouding en archivering. Je actualiseert processen en beleid, initieert continu verbeteracties en borgt de kwaliteit samen met het team. Hollands Kroon streeft naar structurele verbetering van de informatiehuishouding, waarbij nieuwe wetgeving en inzichten een belangrijke rol spelen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het verbeterplan wordt gerealiseerd in samenwerking met het team.

Takenpakket

  • Samen met het team Informatiebeheer en een projectleider zorg je voor actuele en duidelijke processen, beleid, strategie en plannen.
  • Je neemt het voortouw en zet de stappen in de juiste volgorde.
  • Je richt je op continue verbetering door concrete acties en voorstellen te doen.
  • Je zoekt actief samenwerking binnen de organisatie.
