We are looking for a detail-oriented Arabic-Bilingual Insurance Administrative Specialist to assist with policy renewals, certificate issuance, and client account management in both personal and commercial insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will possess insurance administration experience, strong proficiency in Salesforce or a CRM, and excellent communication skills to provide accurate, timely service to both English- and Arabic-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Process and manually renew insurance policies within Salesforce, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Issue certificates of insurance for commercial clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor accounts for late payments and cancellations, and follow up with clients to resolve outstanding issues.
• Communicate with Arabic-speaking clients in their preferred language to ensure clear and effective service delivery.
• Support the personal lines and commercial lines teams by handling routine administrative tasks to free up capacity for sales activities.
• Maintain organized and complete client records across the agency management system.
• Provide dedicated support for a small insurance agency handling both personal and commercial lines.
• Serve as the primary administrative resource, enabling existing team members to focus on sales growth.
• Handle client-facing communications in both English and Arabic as needed.
• Work remotely with access to the agency's Salesforce platform and related software tools.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in insurance administration, including familiarity with policy renewals, COIs, and cancellation workflows.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM/agency management system.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
