• Diploma of Secondary Education; an advanced or first-level university degree may substitute for two years of work experience to determine eligibility.

• A minimum of ten years of work experience in analysis or government intelligence positions is required. Experience with large-scale situations and international experience is desirable.

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills to handle complex scenarios and conflicting information.
• Excellent drafting and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including database and analytical software proficiency.
• Ability to manage complex records and maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court (French or English) is required. Working knowledge of the other is desirable. Knowledge of another official language of the Court (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) is an asset.
