We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to contribute to our model development team within ALM Model Development – Assets. In this role, you will work on ALM models and behavioral models that capture customer behavior over time, collaborating closely with the team to analyze results and support internal stakeholders with valuable insights.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining ALM models, including data input, model calibration, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborating with the team to develop behavioral models that capture customer behavior over time.
• Conducting sensitivity analysis and stress testing of the ALM models to assess the impact of various risk factors on financial projections.
• Analyzing results to identify potential areas of risk or opportunity.
• Preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

Vereisten

• A background in quantitative studies such as Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics to support strong analytical work.
• Additional professional qualifications in the financial risk field (e.g., CFA, FRM) or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience with model development in large financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with retail prepayment modeling.
• Experience with hedging models and understanding of EVE and NPV frameworks.
• Experience with wholesale banking behavioral modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, SQL, and complex code repositories.
• A proactive and analytical mindset to identify risks and opportunities in model outputs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• A problem-solving attitude and determination to deliver work on time.
