Zwembad Rozengaarde is the lively family swimming pool in the Achterhoek. With a diverse range of facilities, swimming lessons, and activities, we provide fun, movement, and relaxation for young and old every day. We also warmly welcome our guests outside the water in a friendly environment. We are looking for an allround swim instructor who is willing to contribute at least 24 hours a week to ensure safe, educational, and especially enjoyable moments in and around the water.

The Role

You will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children according to the Zwem ABC, utilizing our unique and engaging themes. Additionally, you will organize activities for various target groups, conduct aqua sports lessons, supervise the swimming area to ensure safety, contribute to a hospitable atmosphere with your colleagues, perform other tasks that fit within the organization, and carry out light cleaning duties.

Requirements

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Minimum of a swimming instructor diploma, CIOS training, ROC sports and movement with a Zwem ABC endorsement or a comparable diploma;
• Willingness to work shifts at varying times (including weekends and evenings);
• Valid first aid and emergency response diploma or willingness to obtain one;
• Certificate in Lifeguarding for swimming pools or willingness to obtain one;
• Proactive, flexible, and communicative, able to work independently and organize activities creatively and enthusiastically;
• A Certificate of Good Conduct is required upon hiring.
