Ben jij een praktische aanpakker met ervaring in een productieomgeving? Werk je graag in een afwisselende functie waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerken centraal staan? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!
De Rol
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op gespoten onderdelen en het signaleren en melden van afwijkingen. Daarnaast haal je alle gespoten onderdelen van het rek af en controleer je de orders op compleetheid voordat deze worden vrijgegeven voor intern transport. Je print en verwerkt productieorders en bereidt herstelwerkzaamheden voor door het schuren van rework-onderdelen. Verder voer je eerstelijns preventief onderhoud uit aan machines, spuitpistolen en hulpmiddelen volgens de geldende instructies. Je signaleert en meldt technische afwijkingen, slijtage of storingen en zorgt voor een schone, veilige en ordelijke werkplek. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden.
