HAVE YOU GOT SPIRIT? The Greater Markham Area (GMA) is a vibrant multi-field gas hub in the southern North Sea, hosting a portfolio of UK–Netherlands offshore fields. At the center of this operation is the Spirit Energy-operated J6-A platform, processing and exporting gas to the Den Helder terminal in the Netherlands. The Role

As an Air Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee Spirit Energy’s aviation logistics coordination and management of aviation activities across the business. You will be responsible for scheduling personnel for offshore travel and liaising with internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors to ensure optimal utilization of contracted aviation resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan helicopter logistics and offshore personnel on board (POB).
• Schedule aviation resources from the company and third parties.
• Administer internal and vendor/contractor allocations based on departmental requests.
• Contact vendors for planning and allocate offshore technicians efficiently.
• Verify scheduled crew changes and flight allocations, proposing improvements as needed.
• Register flight allocation details and verify medical and training validity for vendors.
• Collaborate with the wider Logistics team to enhance processes and procedures.
• Engage with the Ops team daily to manage vendor call-outs and reschedule offshore work.
• Arrange hotel and taxi bookings for crew overnight stays.
• Participate in the on-call duty rota for weekend activities.
• Manage aviation logistics costs allocation to the correct cost centers.
• Participate in industry workgroups and committees as required.
• Provide training and guidance to operations groups and vendors to ensure compliance with aviation standards.
• Administer the Company Vantage system by updating personal and certification details.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar fast-paced role.
• Good understanding of offshore working environments.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to maximize helicopter utilization by sharing seats and payloads.
• Strong focus on HSE, ethics, and company values.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, best practices, and supply chain procedures.
• High personal standards and accountability.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
• Competent in business systems, SAP, and logistics planning systems.

• Location: Hoofddorp office (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
• Rate: €29-36 per hour depending on experience (7.5 hour days).
