We're seeking an AI Video Content Creator to shape Base360's video presence. In this dynamic role, you'll transform our product into compelling launch videos, advertisements, and social media content that captivates viewers. This position is ideal for a creative individual who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, motion design, and cutting-edge AI technologies.

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating emotionally engaging video content—product launches, ads, social clips, and brand films—that inspires audiences to connect with Base360. Utilizing AI tools for video, voice, image, and music generation (including Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and future innovations), you will enhance productivity and quality. Your tasks will include animating and editing to bring products to life through motion design, product demonstrations, kinetic typography, and seamless transitions. You'll take ownership of projects from concept to final export, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all video formats, including vertical short-form content for TikTok/Reels, social ads, and website hero videos. You'll work quickly and iteratively, testing ideas and optimizing based on performance.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video and motion work.
• Proficiency in AI creative tools and a passion for exploring their capabilities.
• An eye for quality—understanding the difference between premium and low-quality content.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, transforming rough ideas into polished products.
• Expertise in capturing attention within the first few seconds of a video.
