Our partner is seeking an AI Trainers Network member fluent in Bosnian, based in the Netherlands. This opportunity allows you to connect with flexible, remote projects that contribute to the development of more accurate, inclusive, and human-centered AI systems. Depending on your skills and availability, you may engage in data annotation, search and content evaluation, or prompt creation for large language models. Accountabilities

Your responsibilities may include:

Annotating and labeling text, images, or audio to assist in AI model training.
Evaluating search results, advertisements, and chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
Creating, testing, and refining prompts to enhance the performance of large language models.
Reviewing content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for Bosnian-speaking audiences.
Adhering to project-specific guidelines and quality standards while delivering precise, consistent work.
Managing assigned tasks in accordance with agreed timelines and project requirements.
Reviewing project details, including scope, duration, and compensation, prior to accepting an assignment.

Requirements

The ideal contributor will possess strong Bosnian language skills, a curiosity about technology, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach. You should be comfortable using digital tools, following structured instructions, and evaluating content objectively. Requirements include:

Native or near-native fluency in Bosnian.
Proficiency in English sufficient to understand project instructions and guidelines.
Current residence in Slovenia for this opportunity.
Confidence in using digital tools and online platforms.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.
