Based on your skills and availability, you may engage in text, image, or audio annotation, content evaluation, and prompt creation. Your expertise in the Arabic language and cultural understanding will ensure that AI-generated content is natural, reliable, and representative of diverse communities. Projects will vary in scope and duration, providing opportunities to gain experience with emerging AI technologies while working on your own terms. As a member of the AI Trainers Network, you will support projects designed to enhance AI performance, language comprehension, and content quality. Depending on project requirements and your expertise, your responsibilities may include:

• Annotating and labeling text, images, or audio to assist in training and improving AI models.
• Evaluating search results, advertisements, and chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, quality, and usefulness.
• Creating, testing, and refining prompts to enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs).
• Reviewing AI-generated content to ensure linguistic accuracy, natural Arabic expression, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and potentially misleading or unsuitable content in AI outputs.
• Following project-specific guidelines and quality standards while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Providing feedback that contributes to the development of safer, more inclusive, and human-centered AI systems.
• Managing assigned tasks independently and meeting project deadlines according to agreed requirements and availability.
