The Role

As an AI Data Associate, you will engage in foundational labeling functions, including dialogue evaluation across text, speech, audio, and video data. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality will be crucial in delivering high-quality work while adhering to Amazon's policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality, prioritizing customer privacy.
• Work with various data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools.
• Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous information.
• Adapt quickly between different categories of requirements.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple assigned tasks.
• Analyze root causes and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
• Identify and suggest changes to operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries as needed.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing skills for reports and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
• Proficient research skills with experience in synthesizing information.
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience executing tasks effectively.
