PromptHeroes.ai is an AI-first agency focused on enhancing content production through advanced AI tools, delivering high-quality outputs at scale. Our team of AI engineers also develop and automate technology solutions for clients. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, we have a community of tech-savvy, English-native prompters and developers who provide premium content and technology services for brands and agencies in the Netherlands. We prioritize innovation, efficiency, and reliable partnerships to support clients in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

In this role, you will be a versatile AI creator and builder within the Dutch team. Your responsibilities include creating and editing images and videos using AI, ensuring that all assets are on-brand and client-ready. You will refine product details, lighting, and compositing for consistency. Additionally, you will assist clients in establishing their content production pipelines and workflows with AI, determining the necessary steps, models, human review points, and brand guideline enforcement. You will collaborate with the team in Nairobi to build these workflows and monitor the existing image and video models and platforms, testing new models on real client cases within a week. You will also engage in problem-solving, identifying underlying issues behind client content questions, and sometimes proposing agent solutions instead of asset creation. This is a full-time position based in Oostzaan, with daily communication with the Nairobi team.
