As an AI Business Development Manager, you will focus on creating demand and accelerating AI-related business growth across EMEA and LATAM. This strategic role involves identifying opportunities, engaging customers and partners, and converting AI interest into measurable pipeline and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI pipeline generation across EMEA/LATAM, creating qualified opportunities and driving business growth.
• Identify and engage target accounts using market insights and AI adoption trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and partners to execute demand-generation activities that create pipeline and accelerate bookings.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders to shape AI strategies.
• Expand AI adoption within existing customers and support acquisition of new AI-focused organizations.

Develop AI Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Refine AI value propositions covering AI infrastructure and emerging workloads.
• Build repeatable go-to-market programs including account targeting and messaging.
• Measure and optimize program performance based on pipeline generation and business impact.

Enable Sales & Partners:

• Equip Client Executives and partners with tools to identify and advance AI opportunities.
• Deliver enablement and strategic guidance to increase AI opportunity creation.
• Support key opportunities through executive engagement and competitive strategy.

Build the AI Ecosystem:

• Develop relationships with hyperscalers, GPU vendors, and AI software providers.
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-led pipeline generation.

Success Measures:

• Generate consistent, high-quality AI pipeline across EMEA/LATAM.
• Increase AI-related bookings and improve conversion rates.
• Grow AI adoption within existing customers and secure new accounts.
• Increase partner-sourced opportunities and ecosystem engagement.
• Drive adoption of AI sales plays across the organization.

Job Requirements:

Required:

• 8+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or AI roles.
• Proven track record in generating pipeline and influencing growth in technology markets.
• Experience creating target account strategies and executing demand-generation programs.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, including GPU environments and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel across EMEA/LATAM.

Preferred:

• Experience with hyperscalers, AI ecosystem partners, or channel-led sales models.
• Understanding of AI regulation and compliance in Europe.
• Experience building new GTM motions and strategic growth initiatives.
• Existing relationships within the AI ecosystem.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous.
