The Role

We are a recruitment agency collaborating with rapidly growing companies throughout the EMEA region. We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager to foster strong client relationships, enhance retention, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value they receive from our products and services. Strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment are essential.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients successfully adopt our solutions and achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients in the EMEA region.
  • Onboard new clients and facilitate their successful adoption of our services.
  • Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement metrics.
  • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address issues.
  • Support renewal processes, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights on customer performance and feedback.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to improve our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams and international clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS or digital products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing customer metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts across different time zones.
  • Experience serving customers based in the EMEA region.
