HCLTech is on the lookout for a highly skilled and self-driven Advanced Java Developer to contribute to our mission of advancing the technological landscape through innovation and creativity. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced Java-based applications while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

The Role

• Required relevant experience: 7-10 years.
• Strong development experience in Java 17 and above.
• Develop APIs using Core Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Cassandra, Elastic, etc.
• Experience with Kafka and Messaging Queues is essential.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements.
• Manage defects and resolve bugs identified during integration and functional testing.
• Address performance issues related to API execution.
• Provide support for production issues by analyzing application logs.
• Offer technical support to teammates facing challenges.
• Participate in the code review process to ensure high-quality code.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on the latest Java technologies.
• Understanding of the Payments Domain is a plus.
• Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.

Compensation for this role will depend on skills, experience, education, and other factors as permitted by law. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses according to company policies.
