The Role

As an Advanced Duty Collections Agent, you will efficiently manage cash collection and query handling while adhering to our process guidelines and policies. Your role will involve developing structural solutions for recurring collection issues and liaising with service centers and gateways regarding held shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the resolution of customs disputes following escalation procedures.
• Manage databases and programs to ensure timely customer responses.
• Provide expertise to resolve recurring advanced duty collection issues.
• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end resolution of customs disputes.

Requirements

• Experience in complex customer service environments.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; native proficiency in German or French.
