In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for our logistics processes, ensuring that customers, colleagues, and partners receive reliable and up-to-date information. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling inquiries and complaints from customer service and partners regarding delays, damages, and other issues.
• Monitoring transport movements and deliveries, checking operational statuses with partners.
• Registering shipments with recipients and processing bookings in the system.
• Administratively processing orders and verifying forwarding documents.
• Collecting and compiling all documentation related to shipments.

Jouw Profiel

You bring:

• A completed MBO education.
• Relevant work experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or transport.
• An accurate, proactive, and structured work approach.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with experience in MS Office and automated systems.
