Functieomschrijving Wil jij bijdragen aan de voedselveiligheid van Nederland en werk je graag nauwkeurig? Als administratief medewerker sample registratie zorg jij ervoor dat binnenkomende monsters correct worden ontvangen, gecontroleerd en geregistreerd. Jij hebt oog voor detail en vindt het leuk om onderdeel te zijn van een proces dat écht impact heeft.
De Rol
Op de afdeling Sample Reception & Registration komen dagelijks monsters binnen die getest worden op voedselveiligheid. Jij ontvangt, registreert, sorteert en prioriteert de binnengekomen producten. Je controleert of de producten overeenkomen met wat er is aangemeld. Zie je een verschil? Dan neem je direct contact op met de klant om te achterhalen wat er precies bedoeld is, zodat het lab de juiste analyses kan uitvoeren. Je werkt met verschillende systemen en codes en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct wordt verwerkt. Tijdens je inwerkperiode leer je stap voor stap alle productgroepen, systemen en procedures kennen, zodat je daarna zelfstandig en met vertrouwen kunt werken.
