The Role

As an Acquisition Sales Agent, you'll engage with existing customers, understand their needs, identify commercial opportunities, and recommend relevant products and services through effective cross-selling and upselling. Success in this role is about more than having great customer conversations. You'll be expected to consistently turn opportunities into high-quality sales, achieve strong conversion rates, and take ownership of your individual sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow all required sales, compliance, and quality processes.
• Participate in regular call-listening, coaching, and performance-development sessions.
• Work closely with your Team Leader to continuously improve conversion and sales performance.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, contact centre sales, or another target-driven sales environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for selling.
• Proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Confidence in directly asking customers for the sale.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Comfortable working towards challenging sales and conversion targets.
