The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Intern to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will receive close mentorship and gain first-hand exposure to various aspects of project and client management. You will play a vital supporting role in helping the team implement creative campaigns for our clients. This internship is specifically designed to grow your independence, strengthen your strategic decision-making, and build your confidence in managing budgets, logistics, and multi-disciplinary teams for seamless campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Learn how agency projects move smoothly from the initial brief to final delivery.
- Gain practical experience with invoicing, supplier coordination, and basic project and financial tracking.
- Support live production calls and assist with simple shoot logistics behind the scenes.
- Get real exposure to client workflows and actively contribute to live campaign management.
- Align and communicate effectively with Creative and Production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Availability for a full-time internship for at least 5 months.
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Expertise across various media, tools, and visual communication techniques.
- Keen interest in social media platforms, trends, and developments.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; Dutch and other languages are a bonus.
- No prior experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for the creative industry is key.
