We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

• 2+ years of account management experience, ideally in consumer electronics retail (SDA) or specialty coffee retail, and are ready for the next step in their career.
• A deep affinity with the specialty coffee community, with knowledge of single origins, blends, and the ability to engage with Q-graders or boutique roasters.
• Experience visiting retail accounts in the field and confidence to participate in head office meetings with support from senior colleagues.
• The energy to manage a large existing network of Sage resellers while building the Lelit network.
• Comfort with numbers, able to read sell-out reports, calculate margins, and use data to support business cases.
• A well-developed network within the Benelux specialty retail, e-commerce, or on-trade landscape, with existing relationships ready for activation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver joint account plans and activations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage for coverage of the Belgian market.
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize independently, and energized by building rather than maintaining the status quo.
• A driving license and willingness to travel across the Benelux.
