Vacancy Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager for Business Insurance in Barendrecht. You will manage, advise, and expand a portfolio of business clients while delivering tailored advice in compliance with Wft guidelines.

In this role, you will provide appropriate and careful advice to business clients in accordance with Wft regulations. You will document advice and client information according to applicable laws and regulations. Collaboration with the Business Advisor is essential for executing the commercial policy. You will identify commercial opportunities and client needs among existing and new relationships, analyze client profiles, and advise on relevant business risks. Additionally, you will compare quotes from various insurers and select the most suitable solutions while reviewing existing insurance policies for relevance and accuracy. Keeping the advisor informed about developments within the portfolio and maintaining and strengthening sustainable client relationships are also key responsibilities.

About the Company

Our client is a modern and innovative intermediary located in Barendrecht. The team focuses on personal attention for clients, providing support through personalized advice, phone contact, email, chat, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

Completed MBO+ or HBO diploma.
Proven work experience in a similar role.
Experience in the business insurance domain.
At least Wft Basic and Wft Business Damage diplomas.
Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset.
Ambitious and proactive in suggesting improvements.
Client- and service-oriented.
Experience with ANVA or willingness to learn quickly.
Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.

What We Offer

Salary in accordance with the employer (€2,750 to €4,500 gross per month based on full-time employment).
8% holiday pay.
28 vacation days based on full-time employment.
Possibility of hybrid working after the onboarding period, up to a maximum of 50% of working time.
